第1条 総則

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Global Medcare Network（以下「当社」）が運営する globalmedcarenetwork.com（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスに登録またはご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。 本規約に同意いただけない場合は、本サービスをご利用いただけません。

第2条 アカウント登録

  • 本サービスの利用には、有効なメールアドレスによるアカウント登録が必要です。
  • 登録情報は正確かつ最新の状態に保つ責任を負います。
  • アカウントのパスワードは第三者に開示してはなりません。不正アクセスが疑われる場合は直ちに当社へご報告ください。
  • 1名につき1アカウントのみ登録できます。
  • 16歳未満の方は本サービスを利用できません。

第3条 禁止事項

ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

  • 虚偽の情報の登録・投稿
  • 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ・誹謗中傷・差別的発言
  • 著作権・商標権・プライバシー権などの第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツの投稿
  • マルウェア・スパム・フィッシングコンテンツの配布
  • 本サービスの不正アクセス・リバースエンジニアリング・過負荷をかける行為
  • 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
  • 商業目的での無断広告・勧誘行為
  • 他ユーザーの個人情報の無断収集・利用

第4条 コンテンツの権利

ユーザーが投稿したコンテンツ（テキスト・画像・症例情報等）の著作権はユーザーに帰属します。 ただし、ユーザーは当社に対し、本サービスの運営・改善・プロモーションを目的として、 当該コンテンツを非独占的・無償・世界的・サブライセンス可能な形で利用する権利を付与するものとします。

当社のサービス・UIデザイン・ロゴ・ソフトウェアに関する知的財産権はすべて当社に帰属します。

第5条 サブスクリプションと支払い

  • Free プラン: 無料。基本機能を利用できます。
  • Professional プラン: 月額 $9.99（USD）。
  • Premium プラン: 月額 $24.99（USD）。
  • 支払いはStripeを通じて処理されます。カード情報は当社のサーバーに保存されません。
  • 有料プランは毎月自動更新されます。
  • 解約はいつでも設定ページから行えます。解約後も当該請求期間の終了まで有料機能を利用できます。
  • 原則として既払い料金の返金は行いません。ただし、重大な障害が当社の責に帰する場合はこの限りではありません。

第6条 医療情報の免責

本サービス上のすべての情報（AI生成コンテンツ・論文要約・症例ディスカッション等を含む）は 教育・情報共有・ネットワーキング目的のみに提供されます。 専門的な医療アドバイス・診断・治療の代替となるものではありません。 詳細は医療情報免責事項をご覧ください。

第7条 サービスの変更・停止

当社は事前通知なしに本サービスの内容を変更、一時停止、または終了する権利を留保します。 定期メンテナンスや緊急対応による一時停止が生じる場合があります。 重要な変更については可能な限り事前にユーザーへ通知します。

第8条 アカウントの停止・削除

当社は、ユーザーが本規約に違反した場合、または本サービスの健全な運営を妨げると判断した場合、 事前通知なしにアカウントを停止または削除する権利を有します。 ユーザーはいつでも設定ページからアカウントを削除できます。

第9条 責任の制限

当社は、本サービスの利用に起因する直接的・間接的・偶発的・特別・結果的損害について、 法令が許容する最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。

第10条 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第11条 規約の変更

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は本ページに掲載した時点で効力を生じます。 重要な変更がある場合は、登録メールアドレスまたは本サービス上でお知らせします。

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of globalmedcarenetwork.com (the "Service") operated by Global Medcare Network ("we", "us"). By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

  • A valid email address is required to register.
  • You are responsible for keeping your registration information accurate and up to date.
  • Do not share your password. Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately.
  • One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Posting false or misleading information
  • Harassment, defamation, or discriminatory speech toward other users
  • Posting content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights
  • Distributing malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or overloading the Service
  • Any activity that violates applicable law or public order
  • Unsolicited commercial advertising or solicitation
  • Collecting or misusing other users' personal information

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Global Medcare Network a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including UI design, logos, and software, belong to Global Medcare Network.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free: No charge. Basic features.
  • Professional: $9.99 USD/month.
  • Premium: $24.99 USD/month.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are never stored on our servers.
  • Paid plans auto-renew monthly.
  • You may cancel at any time via the Settings page; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Payments are generally non-refundable, except in cases of significant service failure attributable to us.

6. Medical Information Disclaimer

All content on the Service (including AI-generated content, paper summaries, and case discussions) is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.

7. Service Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Scheduled maintenance and emergency outages may occur. We will notify users of significant changes in advance where possible.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt the Service, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Medcare Network is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service.
